Restaurant Review: Comet's Nutrition
This is the second time that I visited Comet's Nutrition.
The first time was just a few days prior when I stopped in to take a few pictures for our 2025 Holiday Shopping Guide.

It was very busy.
They had three vendor booths in the store with a small line at the counter.
I tried to speak with the owner Becca, but she was obviously busy, so I just told her why I was there, got her okay to take some photos for the guide and I left.
But not before I made a quick dad joke to some young girl wearing Crocs as I pointed down and told her her shoes were untied. Of course she looked down, at which point I said, "Made you look!"
It got some laughs.
I stopped in again yesterday, Friday, and it was not quite as busy. One lovely young woman was at the counter ordering something, and two others were at the bar.
When you walk in, you're greeted by a Hunter's Green wall with matching painted art frames and a pinkish vintage armchair in front.
Turn to your immediate left and you'll see the counter, the wall menus, and a large strawberry-designed back wall.

Becca remembered me from the other day and she, myself, and the young woman ordering in front of me started chatting about butter in coffee health trends.
I was going to order but I had trouble reading the menu—partly because the font was small and partly because the script style made it challenging for these aging eyes.
So I just asked Becca if she had some kind of Strawberry, banana, and Kiwi combination. She said "yes, absolutely." Awesome, I told her. I told her, "surprise me."
We engaged in some small talk while she made my drink and the lovely ladies at the bar also participated. It was a very pleasant conversation.
Once it was done Becca presented me with what she called a "Strawberry Cheesecake", in which she added what I believe were flax seeds and then offered me an Aloe shot, which I declined.

I paid my $8 (Ouch!)
I started for the door, took a sip, and WOW…It was delicious. Just amazing.
I will say that the drink was very thick and rich—almost too rich for my taste.
After a few sips it started leaving an odd aftertaste that just wasn't quite right for me. But that's just personal preference.
All in all a very nice place, with very nice people, and wonderfully decorated.
I'd love to see this place expand its hours since the vibe is so welcoming.
With more seating area and access to free WiFi, it could become a real community hangout spot—the kind of place you'd want to linger with your laptop or meet up with friends.
I will say the name "Comet's Nutrition" doesn't immediately signal that it's a juice bar.
Before walking in, I honestly thought it might be a health supplement store.
A little more clarity there could help draw in people who don't know about it yet.
And while Becca has an Instagram presence, having a simple website or Facebook page would make it easier for people to discover this gem and see what she's offering.
It could really help get the word out about what she's built here.
This is one of those hidden gems that deserves lines around the block.
I give her 4.7 Stars.
