Good morning Ledgers! Hump day! And the month is only beginning it’s chaotic mess. Let’s face it: December is a very busy month. Attending Christmas and Holiday parades. Taking the kids (or Grandkids) to see Santa, Christmas parties, holiday shopping…Then after Christmas the New Year’s festivities.

But it’s not all Elf on a Shelf and Macaroons. For some, this is triggering time. No family, A lack of financial stability, and just plain old loneliness. So take a moment to collect yourself, relax and meditate on your blessings. Slow down a little bit and catch snowflakes on your tongue. Read a book and sip Hot Chocolate by the fire.

And maybe, just maybe, visit someone to let them know they are not alone (my door is always open.)
